Indications: Healthy Controlls

Inclusion Criteria*

• 18 years of age or older and able to give informed consent.
• Without  evidence of chronic infection, ie Crohn's disease, irritable bowel syndrom, tuberculosis, +HIV.

Exclusion Criteria*

• Recent infection (within past 2 weeks)
• Recent exposure to antibiotics (within past 2 weeks)
• Allergy to test  product- Azithromycin, Linezolid, Tigacycline (may be eligible for other test products if no allergy)
• Previous adverse reaction to test product- Azithromycin, Linezolid, Tigacycline. (may be eligible for other test products)
• If female, the subject is pregnant or lactating.
• Immunocompromised defined as use of prednisone 10 mg daily, active chemo and/or radiation therapy or history of mylosuppressive disease.
