In 2007 the American Society for Clinical Investigation inducted the following DOM faculty members into it's ranks:  Mary McDermott MD (General Internal Medicine) and Boris Pasche MD, PhD (Hematology-Oncology). Only 60 US physician-scientists are members of this prestigious society.
