
Heme onc fellow Neeta Venepalli and Endocrine fellow Joe Henske celebrated Joe’s 32nd birthday in Nashville. Both are fellows at Vanderbilt University. Joe recently received a clinical teaching award at Medical Grand Rounds. 
Sanjay Bhojraj (class of 2005), hits the lottery. Sanjay is training in cardiology at Henry Ford Hospital in Michigan - Class of 2007 reuniting at the Thirsty Scholar: Flavia Castelino is a fellow in Rheumatology at MGH. Sid Shah is a fellow at U Penn in Nephrology. Nimesh Shah is a GI fellow at UC Irvine. Mrinal Gounder is a HemeOnc fellow at Sloan Kettering and Praveen Mehotra is a Cardiology fellow at Lahey Clinic.
- Nayer Khazeni (class of 2004) is finished her critical care fellowship at Stanford where she has stayed on as faculty. She writes regularly for the San Francisco Chronicle on health matters. Follow this link to see Nayer's report of her trip to visit her family in Iran.

Former Chief Medical Resident Phill Cuculich sent his regards from Washington University in St. Louis where he is a cardiology fellow. Although not wearing his trademark grand rounds suit, Phill is still the master of the meet and greet! 
- Jay Tiongson (class of 2005) sends his regards from Los Angeles where was Chief Cardiology Fellow at Cedars Sinai. He began an EP fellowship at UC San Diego in June 2008.
- Michael Chou (class of 2007) continues his academic pursuits as the Chief Fellow in Allergy/Immunology at University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill. He completed his fellowship in June of 2009.
In April 2008, Mobola Campbell was married in Chicago Illinois. Mobola is now a first year infectious disease fellow at Massachusetts General Hospital. Congratulations Mo and Iyi!
