Approximately half of current residents live in the Streeterville area in high-rise apartments on or near the University campus.  This enables them to walk to work as well as to several public beaches on Lake Michigan.  About one-third live in the Lincoln Park area, which is comprised of lovely neighborhoods, great restaurants, parks, and shops.  Lincoln Park is a 15-20 minute commute to the hospital and is easily accessible by public transportation.  The remainder of current residents live in neighborhoods such as Wrigleyville, Uptown, and Bucktown.
